| 1) Individuals managing an exhibitor's social media who can promote the appeal of TAS 2026 beyond their own company. ※If you are attending at the request of an exhibitor solely for the purpose of filming their booth, please consult directly with the respective exhibitor. 2) Content creators who operate automotive-related social media platforms (such as YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, X, etc.) not managed by media organizations, and who broadly promote the appeal of TAS 2026. ※Posting content, follower count (with approximately 30,000 as a guideline), frequency of posts, and other factors will be considered. ※We would appreciate it if you could share content highlighting the appeal of TAS 2026 both before and after submitting your application. | Passes will be issued to eligible applicants based on the screening and discretion of the Tokyo Auto Salon PR Office. |
| *Please note that certain content held in the International Conference Hall, the Event Hall, or outdoor venues may have restrictions on photography. Make sure to check in advance and follow all instructions. *For each application submitted by a representative, one Creator Pass will be issued to the representative, and one Crew Sticker will be issued for one accompanying creator (aged 18 or older). Multiple applications using the same social media account, email address, or individual will not be accepted. *If, during the screening conducted by the TAS PR Office, it is determined that the content significantly contradicts the fundamental principles of Tokyo Auto Salon, or if posts or transmissions that cause inconvenience to third parties (including rights violations) or violate public order and morals are identified, the PR Office reserves the right to cancel the application. *If, after approval, it is discovered — whether by internal review or through third-party reports — that posted content causes inconvenience to third parties (including rights violations) or violates public order and morals, the approval may be revoked, and you may be asked to remove the relevant content. *When sharing information about TAS2026, please include the hashtag “#TAS2026.” *Please ensure that all content complies with the Act against Unjustifiable Premiums and Misleading Representations (e.g., include “PR” where appropriate). *When photographing or filming inside the venue, if individuals can be identified, you must obtain their consent or process the images/videos so that they cannot be identified. If your content is monetized, please disclose this. *You may appear unintentionally in photos or videos taken by other visitors. *When filming, streaming, or posting within exhibitor booths, follow each exhibitor's rules and obtain prior permission. The same applies to photographing campaign models; low-angle shots or excessively close shooting are strictly prohibited. *Malicious posts or any filming, streaming, or posting that may cause discomfort to exhibitors or visitors are strictly prohibited. *The organizer cannot be held responsible for any issues that arise regarding filming, streaming, or posting within exhibitor booths. Please handle any such matters on your own. The following actions are prohibited. 1. Entering areas restricted by the organizer or accessing the venue outside official opening hours. 2. Placing equipment (e.g., tripods, computers) in booths, aisles, or seating areas. 3. Reserving space in aisles, stairways, entrances/exits, or evacuation routes. 4. Flash photography that may interfere with event operations or obstruct the view of other visitors. 5. Improper use of lighting equipment, photography devices, or selfie sticks that may obstruct pathways or the view of others. 6. Filming while walking (including live streams). 7. Organizing gatherings or filming sessions that attract your followers or channel audience. *Streaming videos in which venue BGM is audible may constitute copyright infringement. Please take care during filming or edit the audio before posting. *If disruptive behavior is observed inside the venue, you may be asked to leave. Depending on the situation, you may also be asked to show your photos or videos. If any issues are identified, you will be required to withdraw or delete the content. *Content you post or stream may be reposted or introduced by the organizer or exhibitors. *All costs related to attendance, recording, or equipment are the sole responsibility of each individual. *Screening results will be sent by email. Issuance of a Creator Pass may be declined, and reasons will not be disclosed. *The name on an approved application cannot be changed. If another person wishes to attend, they must submit a new application within the application period. |
